Terms of delivery
Delivery to Budapest:
If you place your order by 11 am on working days, we will process it the same day and send you your package. We will send the package to you within 1-2 working days from the order, we do not take any responsibility for any delays!
Outside Budapest:
We will send the package to you within 1-2 days of ordering. Delivery takes place on working days between 8 am and 6 pm.
The products purchased from us are delivered by Arend Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. On behalf of you.
The cost of cash on delivery is up to 3 kg and up to HUF 50,000: HUF 1,700 / package
Return Policy
Any product to be returned that:
comes from the stock of F&Z Hungary (purehome.hu),
there are no quality complaints about it,
again is in a state.
Returned products can only be returned with prior notice.
Redemption conditions
Goods will only be returned in a resellable condition if their packaging is intact, clean, and the product is not damaged, defective and shows no signs of use.
Products whose packaging cannot be resealed cannot be returned.
Only products that can be proven to be returned by the customer and received at the F&Z Hungary site can be credited.
Calculation of the value of the return
the items will be returned within 100 days for 100% of the purchased price,
We will not be able to take back purchased products beyond 8 calendar days.
The number of days starts from the date the invoice was issued.
